Utah Fathers Rights
Despite the equality movement, the law has long been stacked against father’s rights in divorce proceedings. To accommodate with equal rights, child custody, support and maintenance statutes have been modify so as to not overtly discriminate on men’s’ rights. That doesn’t mean that it is an even playing field. Far from it. Divorce and custody laws still have an undertone of preferring custody awards to females as “primary care providers”. We understand the uphill battle that frequently accompanies a father’s effort to win custody of minor children.
Despite the odds, our experienced Utah father’s rights attorneys have successfully won child custody on behalf of our clients. We understand what it takes and the best approaches to leveling the playing field and winning in these difficult situations. Don’t leave the important issue of child custody and support to inexperienced or incompetent counsel. Let us protect your interests.

We always seek to minimize disputes with our negotiating and mediation skills, while still representing your best interests. We take pride in our reputation with opposing counsel for being strait shooters! Property that is acquired during the marriage is “marital property.” Divorce and family courts are courts of equity.
